Published 1 year, 4 months ago in Local services.houses for sale rents out of control.what is going on .prices on everything are out of control if you look at the ads ,but what are we realy getting when we sell.agents are as they say feeding the greed and telling you what you want to hear to get your business then pushing you to take less to get the sale. whats realy funny is you pay for this service and a lot of your hard earned goes in fees. so why dont we push for a fair deal on fees and haggle every body haggle . if you can get it for less take it you wont get any more for your house if you pay 2.5 or 2.25 % than if you pay 1.5%. the market sets the price of your home not the agent so why pay a high price for the same service.you wont pay 1.28 for fuel if you can get it 1.20 because it does the same job so lets put the real back in real estate for our kids sake.because at this rate they wont afford a house or rent just so someone can have a flash car and an arrogant attitude to all of us

It makes a huge diffrence who you choose as an agent,the behind the scene for a estate agent is more complex, and obviously you are being very narrow minded,choosing your agent,and being comfortable with them,is important, also working with your agent as the home is “yours”, and a great negotiator can make a diffrence of thousands, TREAD YOUR OWN PATH
It depends on whether you’re the buyer or the seller about how happy you’re going to be with the real estate charges….They do provide a service in that they bring the two parties together…..
