houses for sale rents out of control.what is going on .prices on everything are out of control if you look at the ads ,but what are we realy getting when we sell.agents are as they say feeding the greed and telling you what you want to hear to get your business then pushing you to take less to get the sale. whats realy funny is you pay for this service and a lot of your hard earned goes in fees. so why dont we push for a fair deal on fees and haggle every body haggle . if you can get it for less take it you wont get any more for your house if you pay 2.5 or 2.25 % than if you pay 1.5%. the market sets the price of your home not the agent so why pay a high price for the same service.you wont pay 1.28 for fuel if you can get it 1.20 because it does the same job so lets put the real back in real estate for our kids sake.because at this rate they wont afford a house or rent just so someone can have a flash car and an arrogant attitude to all of us

rowville house prices are soaring .rent is out of control.are estate agents to blame with their overpricing and over charging. lets put the real back into real estate and bargain hard people. you can get fees from 1.49% you can get no sale no charge it won’t matter your property will sell .why are we getting sucked in and ripped everytime we put a property to the market withhigh costs , simple we are paying for flash cars and offices but not for many man hours of work because your property will sell anyway. get real when it comes to your estate and bargain hard you would if it was a tv or a car now it’s your home ,your future lets get it real

There seems to be a bit of a price war in Rowville at the moment.Real Estate fees are on the way down now from 1.49% . not many agents now over 2% and with free advertising . I would suggest now that people should be negotiating hard and getting the agent to pay for the ads ,after all it promotes their business as much as your house.Buyers will come from the internet and buy if they are ready . one agent even wants you to sell buy advertising in two papers is that for your benefit or his. Get real people bargain hard and stop getting ripped by paying a fortune for a few hours work.
